Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
Used coffee products may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@campbrewgear.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method after the return is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
